As with any business, to be considered the best you need to attract and retain the best people. By treating our people with respect and providing on-going training, award wages and excellent working conditions, we’re able to do this.

Many members of the Corporate Clean Property Services team have been with us for well over a decade. We currently employ in excess of 60 staff all of whom are carefully trained in the procedures and work instructions essential to deliver the quality service demanded by our clients.

Mr. Greg Kermeen - Managing Director

Managing Director and founder Greg is a respected industry stalwart, foundation executive member and President of the Cleaning Industry Association and past President of the Australian Building Services Association in South Australia.

Greg has a vision based on quality, value and a ‘can-do’ attitude, which drives him to inspire all who work with him to do the very best for all our clients.

Mr. Mark Caggiano – General Manager

Mark Caggiano has worked as a Mechanical Engineer for over 25 years and has a passion to install a level of professionalism within the cleaning industry, which primarily focuses on the clients needs and service delivery. Mark has broad based experience which include engineering, OH&S, ISO auditing operations, finance, IT, HACCP and strategic planning.

Mr John Ellis – Customer Services Manager

John Ellis has over 30 year experience within the cleaning industry. He has good technical skills combined with a good understanding of what clients require to maintain a trouble free account. An excellent motivator and communicator, John is pivotal in ensuring open communication is maintained between CCPS, our clients and our cleaners.

Mr Simon Stavrou - Customer Service Manager

Simon has strong technical and hands on skills which allow him to resolve complex cleaning issues. With over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry Simon has very high quality standards which he instills into his cleaning teams. Methodical in his approach and maticulous in his desired standard no cleaning task goes unsolved

Ms Hayley Pick – Administration Manager

Hayley is currently studying her Batchelor of commerce and manages the administration & financial aspect of the business, which includes the payroll, creditors, debtors and customer service.


The CCPS team

The backbone of our business, our cleaning staff represent our company on a daily basis as well as those of our clients. Willingness to commit themselves to consistently high quality in their work performance is an essential characteristic of each team member.

To ensure you get the best result, our training procedures start from before we commence a new contract with site familiarisation and basic induction. Once on site there is a site induction usually in the presence of a client representative.

Employees are employed under the Cleaning Services Award and normal Workcover, superannuation, leave entitlement and other essential benefits are provided.
