At Corporate Clean Property Services we believe in honest and ethical business operations. CCPS invest time, resources & money into training their cleaners to a suitable level. To protect our investment, when you engage CCPS you agree to our terms of engagement. CCPS treat any direct approaches to our cleaning employees or sub contractors either directly or indirectly with an intent to continue to enagage prior to or after termination of contract with great seriousness and will pursue through the courts.

1.Clients cannot solicit, canvas, approach, induce or encourage any person or entity who is an employee, agent sub agent and or sub contractor of CCPS with an intent to employ directly or indirectly, transfer services to another company, or engage directly.

2.Clients cannot solicit,canvas,approach any person or entity, who is an employee, agent or sub Contractor of CCPS, who was during the term of the contract engaged by CCPS into your facilities, with a view to establishing a relationship with or obtaining the services for an incomming contractor.

3.Interfere or seek to interfere, directly or indirectly with the relationship between CCPS and its employees, agents, sub agents and or sub contractors to undermine the contract conditions.

4. CCPS can however grant permission to approach employees, agents, sub agents and or sub contractors on receiving a written request to do so from the client. CCPS can request a financial payment for each employee, agent, sub agent and or sub contractor to compensate CCPS financially. This will vary on the level of cleaner and time engaged and ranges from $500 to $5,000.

5. Everything created is owned by CCPS. All intellectual property rights associated with specific cleaning schedules, procedures and methodology shall be removed from site upon termination of the contract. These specifications, procedures and or schedules cannot be used by the client on termination of contract.

6. Clients agree to pay all monies owed for services conducted by CCPS by the due date.

7. CCPS must be notified in writing of any deficiciency in the cleaning standard and must be given reasonable time to rectify. If there are three consecutive deficiency notifications which are not rectified by CCPS then the client can exercise their right to terminate the contract.
